Q: What do I need to offer to get a quote ?
A: Please offer 2D or 3D drawings (material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or sample.
Then we will quote the best price within 24hours.
Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample.After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
Q. What's your lead time?
A: The lead time for samples is 2weeks and mass production is 3-4weeks.
Q. What kind of products can you provide?

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 working days if the materials are in stock. or it is 10-15 working days if materials are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Lead time:
- For goods in stock, 2-3 days after PO.
- For customized samples, 1weeks after the confirmation of price and drawing.
- For mass production, 3-4 weeks after PO.
